Before you order
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing portal in your SiloTek dashboard — your server files and database move with you. Changes are prorated automatically by Stripe.
Does hosting include OmniPanel?
OmniPanel is our separate server intelligence platform — live players, logs, economy analytics and a live map. It pairs natively with SiloTek hosting, and you can add any OmniPanel plan to your account whenever you want deeper visibility.
Can you migrate my server from another host?
Yes, and it's free. Open a ticket on our Discord, give us access to your current files and database, and we move everything, test it and hand you a running server.
What happens if I cancel?
Your server keeps running until the end of the current billing period. After that it is suspended — your files and database are kept safe, and everything comes back exactly as it was when you resubscribe.
I run more than 200 players or want my own machine.
